NEW ONLINE CLASSES ($25)
 
Ballet technique & Lyrical Jazz: 
All ages, Instructor Leonard Lopez. Ballet and lyrical dance technique geared for dancers. Some experience preferred. 
 
Salsa for Exercise: 
Instructor Marlene Pita. Basic salsa technique geared to getting moving. Works balance and mental alertness. No experience required. 
 
Mommy/Daddy & Me: 
Ages 2 – 5, Instructor Marlene Pita. Basic Folklorico class geared to younger children and parent, grandparent or guardian. Goal is to encourage physical interaction and engagement between adult and child through beginning traditional dance.  No experience required.  
 
Baby & Me: 
New parents and babies up to 3 years, Instructor Crystal Zuniga. Basic stretching and movement class geared to new mommies and daddies and their babies.  Goal is to encourage physical activity between parent and baby and provide stress relief through movement. No experience required.   
 
Intro to Folklorico: 
All ages, Instructor Connie Espinoza. Learn the basics of Mexican Folklorico Dance with footwork technique and combinations. Students will learn elements of traditional Folklorico dance and basic dance sequences. No experience required. 
 
Intro to Flamenco: 
All ages, Instructor Genevieve Obregon. Learn the basics of Flamenco dance. We will address posture, palmas (percussive clapping), floreo and braceo (hand and arm work), marcaje (marking steps), turns, and footwork. This class is geared to individuals who are new to dance.

I will not hold the instructor, the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, or any other partnership responsible. GCAC occasionally takes photographs or videos of classes or recitals. My signature also is a photographic release for my son/daughter.
