The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center has partnered with longtime film programmer and arts administrator Eugenio del Bosque, to set Cine Festival 2021 in motion following the cancellation of the film festival this year due to concerns surrounding COVID-19.

The longest-running Latino film festival in the US will be taking place July 2021, continuing the tradition of bringing a prominent role in the presentation, appreciation and development of Chicano, U.S. Latino, Mexican and Latin American filmmakers.

The Guadalupe is honored to continue to provide a platform for Latino filmmakers to share their talent and passion with the South Texas region and are excited to see the creative outcomes of the film community during this unprecedented crisis.

During these special times, CineFestival is partnering with filmmakers and distributors to bring virtual screenings to audiences in San Antonio and Beyond.
